Why we exist
Rentcla came out of a real frustration. Enrique, the founder, saw first-hand how rentals get managed: spreadsheets, email chains and contracts in Word. The problem was never a country's, it was the method's.
Existing software is either too expensive (SAP, Dynamics), built for sales rather than rentals, or a glorified Excel with a login. There's nothing modern, specific to residential rental, and at a price a 50-property agency can afford.
That's why we built Rentcla: an all-in-one tool, made with the care and detail obsession of a consumer product, but with the power and security a B2B business needs.
